John T. ("Jack") Zeller has worked extensively in the workout, leveraged finance and asset based lending arena, managing client relationships with owners and management of numerous Middle Market companies, structuring and syndicating asset based credit facilities and leading problem loan and turnaround situations. His credit and line responsibilities covered a wide spectrum of critical needs for both public and private companies and included serving as an agent and lender in syndicated asset based credit facilities, as well as working efficiently and constructively with lenders, borrowers and other professionals in the successful turnaround or workout of problem credits.
The principal foundations for these successes are the abilities to identify areas of critical importance and to work effectively with people at all levels to find solutions and to achieve positive results.
After starting his career as a field examiner for commercial finance and factoring accounts with a heritage bank of JPMorgan Chase,
Mr. Zeller became a loan workout officer for Middle Market accounts and later managed a portfolio of asset based loan relationships. Prior to forming JTZ & Associates, Inc. Mr. Zeller was the Assistant Division Credit Executive for the Long Island/Queens Division of the Middle Market Group of JPMorgan Chase Bank.
A former Vice President with JPMorgan Chase Bank, Mr. Zeller has an MBA from the NYU Stern School of Business. Mr. Zeller is a graduate with honors of Georgetown University, Washington, D.C. and is also a graduate of St. Joseph's Preparatory School, Philadelphia, PA and of Waldron Mercy Academy in Merion Station, PA.
